Most members come 1–3 times per week. Essential Reset supports about once-a-week visits, Core Release supports twice-a-week, and Longevity Ritual supports three-times-a-week. The right cadence depends on your goals and what your body responds to. Our team will help you build a rhythm that fits your life.
 

The tiers differ mainly in monthly session count, guest pass allowances, and a few extras at the top tier. All tiers include lounge access and member pricing on additional sessions. Most new members start with Core Release. If you're testing the waters, Essential Reset is a smart entry point. If you're committed to the long view, Longevity Ritual is the deepest investment.

Yes. Members can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Many members start with Essential Reset and move to Core Release once they've built the habit. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
