Built for the body that responds to consistency.

One visit feels good. A routine changes how your body responds — to stress, to recovery, to inflammation, to time. Memberships at Release are built so the practices that drive long-term health stop being something you mean to do, and start being part of how you live.

This isn’t about sessions. It’s about how your body functions.

Most people wait until they feel run down, inflamed, or overwhelmed to do something about it. The body responds better to consistency than reaction. A membership isn’t a punch card. It’s the structure that makes the routine actually happen — the one your body has been waiting for.

“We are only as strong as our routines.”

Release. Repair. Rebuild.

Release

Stress drops. Sleep deepens. Your nervous system finds a baseline that isn’t survival mode. The everyday tension you’ve been holding starts to actually let go.

Repair

Recovery accelerates. Aches and stiffness fade. The chronic, low-grade inflammation modern life keeps adding gets active, repeated support — and over time, your inflammatory baseline shifts.

Rebuild

Energy returns. Mental clarity improves. You stop feeling like you’re catching up to your week. Your body becomes a partner in your life again, not a thing you’re managing.

Three memberships. One outcome: a routine your body can rely on.

Choose the level of consistency that fits your routine.

What a week at Release looks like.

On the Core Release tier, this is what eight sessions a month feels like in practice. Simple. Repeatable. Designed to actually fit a real life.

Monday — Stress Reset

Infrared sauna followed by red light. About 60 minutes including lounge time. The week starts on a longer exhale.

Wednesday — Mid-Week Recovery

Cryotherapy followed by compression. About 30 minutes. Quick, energizing, in and out before lunch.

Saturday — Long-Form Reset

Contrast therapy followed by breathwork in the lounge. About 90 minutes. The week’s longest decompression — the one that actually rebuilds.

The lounge is included. That’s the point.

Most recovery studios get you in and out as fast as possible. The lounge at Release is built for the opposite: a calm, low-stimulation space to actually let the work settle. Healthy snacks. Detox drinks. Time, on purpose, in a place that isn’t asking anything of you. This is where the routine becomes something you look forward to instead of something you check off.

Built for people who want to feel better consistently.

Memberships at Release work best for people who:

  • Live or work on the North Shore of Long Island and want recovery to be part of the rhythm of the week, not a special occasion.
  • Are dealing with chronic stress, fatigue, or the slow build-up of inflammatory load that comes with a full life.
  • Take their long-term health seriously and want to act earlier rather than later.
  • Have tried one-off recovery and felt the difference — and want to make it a habit instead of a one-time thing.
  • Are athletes, high performers, caregivers, parents, or executives who recover for a reason.

If you’re not sure yet, start with a single visit. Most members began exactly that way.

Frequently asked questions about membership.

Most members come 1–3 times per week. The Essential Reset tier supports about once-a-week visits, Core Release supports twice-a-week, and Longevity Ritual supports three-times-a-week. The right cadence depends on your goals and what your body responds to. Our team will help you build a rhythm that fits your life.

The tiers differ mainly in monthly session count, guest pass allowances, and a few extras at the top tier. All tiers include lounge access and member pricing on additional sessions. Most new members start with Core Release. If you’re testing the waters, Essential Reset is a smart entry point. If you’re committed to the long view, Longevity Ritual is the deepest investment.

Yes. Members can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Many members start with Essential Reset and move to Core Release once they’ve built the habit. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
