About release

Release was built around one question.

Why are so many people doing all the right things and still not feeling better? After years of studying health, recovery, stress, inflammation, and healing, we saw the same pattern again and again: people focus on treatments while ignoring the conditions that influence how the body heals.

A place built to lower the load.

Release exists to help people put the burden down and rebuild routines their body can rely on.

The Journey Behind Release

Built from both sides of healthcare.

For years I helped healthcare organizations improve outcomes, efficiency, and performance.

At the same time, I was navigating my own health challenges and spending countless hours researching recovery, inflammation, stress, longevity, and healing.

The deeper I looked, the more I realized that many people are overwhelmed by wellness. They know they should take care of themselves but don’t know where to start.

Release was created to simplify that journey — a place where people can pause, recover, and build sustainable habits that support long-term health.

Why Inflammation Is the Conversation

Inflammation is often the signal — not the root cause.

Chronic inflammation has been associated with many of today’s most common health challenges. While inflammation itself is not always bad, prolonged stress, poor recovery, poor sleep, inactivity, and modern lifestyles can contribute to an inflammatory burden on the body.

Our goal is to help people create routines that support recovery, regulation, and balance.

What Makes Release Different

Most wellness studios focus on therapies. We focus on the person.

Typical Studio

Machines, treatments, and isolated sessions.

  • Therapy-first
  • Equipment-heavy
  • Less focus on state change

Release

A more complete recovery environment.

  • Nervous system regulation
  • Recovery lounge and cafe rituals
  • Consistency and routine-building
Our Philosophy

Release. Repair. Rebuild.

This framework guides the entire Release experience — from the therapies we offer to the environment we create.

Release

Calm the nervous system. Reduce stress. Create space.

Repair

Support recovery. Reduce inflammatory burden. Improve resilience.

Rebuild

Create habits that last. Build a healthier future.
