Modern life loads your body with stress, environmental toxins, and inflammation it was never built to carry. Release is the place to put that burden down — and build the routines that put you back in control.
Modern life loads the body in two directions at once.
The accumulation of chronic stress on body and mind.
The steady drip of exposures the body wasn’t built to filter.
Layered over years, the burden surfaces.
Stop adding more on top. Start clearing what’s underneath.
Three pillars, working together. Each one supports the others.
The stress, the tension, the load your nervous system has been holding for too long. Through breathwork, contrast therapies, and a calm space to actually downshift.
Your body is built to repair itself. Cryotherapy, sauna, oxygen, red light, and compression support those natural repair systems — and the inflammation modern life keeps adding.
The routines your body can rely on. Because consistency is what turns recovery into resilience — and resilience into control.
Acute inflammation is healthy — it’s how the body defends, repairs, and resolves. The problem begins when inflammation gets stuck on.
Your body is designed to resolve inflammation. It has a built-in repair system that knows what to do — but it needs the right conditions to do it. That’s the work.
Most recovery studios sell you the visible therapy — the cold plunge, the sauna, the red light. What they leave out is the order the body actually responds to. Each layer below sets up the next.
Red light, hyperbaric oxygen, compression. Same therapy, different result.
Cryotherapy, sauna, contrast therapy. Lower the headwind.
Breathwork, meditation, sleep. The layer most people skip — and the one that makes everything compound.
This isn’t a strict protocol — the research describes these systems as bidirectional and concurrent, not sequential. You don’t have to start at Layer 1 to start somewhere. But the more the foundation is in place, the more every layer above it compounds.
This isn’t a strict protocol. You don’t have to start at Layer 1 to come to Release. But the more you build the foundation, the more every other thing you do for your body actually lands.
Seven evidence-informed therapies. Not a menu. A system.
What makes Release different is what happens around the therapies. A calm, low-stimulation lounge — a space to actually let the nervous system settle.
Built so the practices that drive long-term health stop being something you mean to do — and start being part of how you live.
4 sessions/month. Build a foundation. Begin shifting how you feel.
8 sessions/month. Twice-a-week rhythm. The tier most members settle into.
12 sessions/month. The long view. Full lounge experience, founding perks.
Release was founded by Amit Malik, a healthcare consultant on the North Shore of Long Island. After being diagnosed with two blood cancers, he became deeply focused on inflammation, recovery, and the routines that support long-term health.
Release exists to share what he wishes he’d understood earlier — before his body forced the conversation.
"My weekly visit has become the one thing I never cancel. I sleep better, recover faster, and feel like myself again."
